Following their short interlude into Norfolk, the Nathan James team are prepared to hit the seven seas. While on the road to Savannah to help develop a laboratory which will help ease the supply of this treatment, the team comes across the USS Solace, a hospital ship, aboard that will be the missing bio laboratory from Norfolk said in last week's event. Chandler orders that contact is made by the team with all the members in the hopes that they can add their fleet and a second boat of the USS Solace. Elsewhere on the boat, Green introduces an intelligence officer and his team members and diver. Burk tries to cosy up to the Ravit that is appealing. Burk, Better luck next time!
Back at the command centre of the ship, Chandler learns that all attempts to communicate with the USS Solace are ineffective. The team members theorize that this implies everybody on the USS Solace has to be dead. In light of the his folks and Chandler craft a strategy that they might salvage its own bio laboratory, to board the boat. The Nathan James crew divides into two classes. Both teams start scouring the boat to your bio lab. Tex and his team encounter a room full of bodies, while on alert for any probable dangers to their assignment. It seems the dead didn't fall victim. They have been implemented. Certainly, something isn't right with this boat...
Matters go from bad to worse since his team and Chandler come at a laboratory on the boat upon a few physicians working on a gunshot victim. An officer on the Solace, Gonzalez, reveals that the boat has boarded, with confused it. These mercenaries are currently killing people right and left to receive their hands on it and are following the treatment. These mercenaries react in kind and get end of the existence of this Nathan James team. This causes a bloody and tense standoff involving both forces.
The thing at hand becomes more complex as Burk Tex and Ravit come a bomb across throughout the gun battle, which the mercenaries intend to utilize once their mission is complete, to destroy the boat. Ravit can diffuse the bomb, but realizes that a different bomb that is bigger is about to blow. Not able to accept that the bomb can not be diffused by Ravit, Tex catches it and throws it. Thank goodness for feet and fast thinking!
The remainder of the team manages to dispense with the majority of the mercenaries. Chandler face is seen by the climax of the standoff. The ship jumps off. Following the extreme conflict aboard the Solace, the Nathan James team teaches the hospital boat's crew to come back to Norfolk, save for a Dr. Molaskey, who intends to remain about the Nathan James so that he could be of support to the team.
Neils is shown again since Slattery and Chandler create plans to question that a mercenary they could catch. The preacher accuses Neils by notifying the presence's Navy team on the USS Solace of preparing the mercenaries. The preacher informs him that he can explain himself to "The Boss." By the end of episode, the identity of this evasive Boss remains unknown. With any complications, viewers should be given the responses that they seek by the next week's event!
During its run, this series has had a difficulty striking a balance between character and plot. Are we introduced to figures characters and whose backstories aren't properly fleshed out. But the debut of Ravit and Wolf of this episode signifies a step in the perfect direction. Through only a couple of moments that are mere, we get a sense of those individuals are. The authors of the show did a excellent job setting Ravit as Wolf and a humorless soldier since the brand new bad ass who places stock of the ship. Hopefully, as doing this worked within the favor of this episode, the show's creative team will continue to peel back the layers of the characters and many others.
This week's event was filled with activity. Even though it does not fulfill the strain of the season premiere, this week's hour maintained the whole time engaged and transferred at a quick clip. This was due in part. The scene where Wolf takes guards on his own out was a standout. The usage of a cliffhanger in construction expectation for episodes was a highlight of the week's setup. The foreboding picture, which comprised the submarine rising from the sea of The Boss of the episode, was used and certainly makes one curious in exactly what the event of next week will bring.
This incident's most important misfire was created in connection to the maturation of its own villains. Maybe the authors of the show attempted to convey some feeling of mystery so as to provide impact to the episode's cliffhanger. Whatever their rationale, the incident faltered by not committing longer to the mercenaries to do a few shots in the Nathan James team. A bit more character development has been necessary to produce this threat appear interesting and plausible. By not giving such figures faces, names or characters, the show fell into the trap. Since Neils is introduced in weeks into The Boss, let us expect the maturation of the series's villains is given greater significance than it had been in this particular installment.
